Group Fitness Classes

We offer three different classes: Performance Training, Kettlebells, and our Gymnastics Bodies class. All of these classes are one hour long, begin with a warm-up, move into a higher intensity portion and end with a cool-down. Descriptions are available here.

Small Group Training

Think of this as personal training but in a small group. Here, we offer the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of one-on-one training while lowering the financial commitment. Small Group Training is available for 2 or more people and great for co-workers, partners, or families that are looking to improve their overall fitness.
