CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Signature Performance Class

  • 1 hour

  • focuses on increasing speed, strength and agility

  • all levels

Functional movement at it's finest. Here, we implement our collective knowledge to bring you a class that will benefit you for life. Moving with intention we will work to increase speed, strength and agility. Classes are 1 hour long and we'll start with a warm up for the first 10-20 minutes then move into the high intensity portion of class where you'll get your heart rate up - mixing cardio and strength to provide a full body workout. We end class with mobility, stretching and a cool down. See the schedule here.

Kettlebell Class

  • 1 hour

  • focuses on strength, mobility and cardiovascular conditioning

  • all levels

These classes are designed for all levels of fitness. Combining strength, mobility and cardiovascular conditioning all at once, kettelbell training is efficient and this class will leave you sweaty and feeling great. Classes are 1 hour long and include a warm-up, skill practice and then a conditioning session followed by a cool-down and stretch. See the schedule here.

Movement Class

  • 1 hour

  • focuses on natural and functional movement

  • all levels

Body weight conditioning and mobility exercises will improve the natural and functional movements of everyday life. Movements explored will test and work to increase ability in areas such as pushing, pulling, squatting, twisting, lunging, and more. These classes are designed to hone in on the details of how you move and develop quality movement patterns from your core all the way out to the tips of your fingers and toes. Each class is 1 hour long and split into four sections; a dynamic joint mobility warm-up, primary strength work, ancillary work (fine tuned movements to fill-in strength gaps) and stretching. Yoga Class

  • 1 hour

  • focuses on strength, balance, and stability

  • all levels

Yoga can benefit everyone! With the use of breath and movement this class will improve circulation, stability and balance; which are vital for maximizing physical and mental health. All levels welcome. See the schedule here.
